What is a Hybrid Athlete?
I’m a hybrid athlete and adventurer, always pushing the limits of my body and mind. As a men’s physique bodybuilder, I focus on strength with heavy lifts, build speed and power through explosive movements, and challenge my endurance with ultra marathons, trail runs, long hikes, and cycling sessions.
My life revolves around athletic performance — agility, mobility, and resilience are as important as raw strength. I seek challenges wherever I can find them: free climbing, downhill MTB, hunting, fishing, and exploring rugged trails — each one sharpening my skills and pushing my limits.
Beyond training, I channel precision, focus, and thrill into being a motorcyclist and petrol head, turning the roads and machines into another arena for performance. I live for versatility, discipline, and testing myself in every way — strength, speed, endurance, and skill — embracing the full spectrum of what it means to be a true hybrid athlete.
